Laura Gallien, MS, CHES

Health coach, certified health educator, and mental health advocate, passionate about helping others pursue their own definition of well-being.

Laura Gallien served as the Director for the Systematic Stress Management™ program at the American Institute for Preventive Medicine for over a decade before creating HealthyLife® Thrive. She has coached thousands of participants through lifestyle changes, bringing to life a passion for empowering individuals to make their own definition of well-being a reality. As the program director and your guide through HealthyLife® Thrive, you can experience her compassion first-hand as she nudges honest self-reflection and belief in yourself.

Laura holds a Master of Science in Health Education & Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She is a mother of three active boys and finds well-being in the little moments—picking a ripe tomato from the garden, a phone call with an old friend, or witnessing the way the sun sparkles on gently moving water.
